HOW DO I REDEEM MY TORRID CASH IN STORE?
Ask an associate to look up your Torrid Rewards account using your email or phone number and apply your Torrid Cash to your purchase. Check your email or the Torrid Cash page on our site and app to see how much you’ve earned. There is no limit to how much Torrid Cash you redeem in stores.
HOW DO I REDEEM MY TORRID CASH ONLINE OR ON THE APP?
Just click “apply” or check the boxes next to each Torrid Cash in the cart or at checkout – it’s just like redeeming rewards! Check your email or the Torrid Cash page on our site and app to see how much you’ve earned.
WHEN DO I RECEIVE TORRID CASH?
You earn Torrid Cash during specific earning periods online and in store. The amount you receive is based on the total amount spent, before any shipping or taxes.
HOW DO I RECEIVE MY TORRID CASH?
Torrid Cash is automatically loaded to your Torrid Rewards account 1-2 days after your purchase. We also send you an email showing how much you earned!
CAN I COMBINE MY TORRID CASH WITH OTHER COUPONS?
