INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FAQs
Do you have a warehouse in Canada?
No. We fulfill, process and ship all packages from our Distribution Center in Ohio.
Why does my package tracking show that is coming from a Province in Canada?
Once the package ships from our Distribution Center in Ohio, the package is transported across the USA/Canada border where the package receives its first scan at a Purolator facility within the Province where the package will deliver. The first scan is typically in Ontario, Canada. The package is not scanned anywhere in the USA.
Why do you not offer Ship To Store or Buy Online, Pick Up in Store in Canada?
Although we currently don’t have the capability to offer these services to our valued customers outside of the U.S., we are working on ways we could develop them in the future.
Why don’t you have Canadian Prices on your website?
Our systems are not designed to show Canadian prices on our site at this time but our teams are strategizing how to best support our Canadian customers.
Do you ship orders overseas?
Yes, we ship orders all over the world. All order communication will occur via email, so it’s very important that your email address is current. Please make sure to double-check the shipping address, too. Your phone number is optional, but it helps in case there is a delivery problem.
What are my International shipping options?

I live in the U.S., but I'd like to ship something to a friend or family member overseas. Can I do that?
Yes, you can. You'll need to select Standard International as your shipping method. Make sure you modify the Shipping Address before clicking Submit.
How much will I pay for International shipping?
Your shipping price will be determined online by the weight of your order and the shipping destination. After the "Shipping Address" page, you’ll see price for your order. CANADA: Your shipping rates are inclusive of all duties and fees. OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS: CERTAIN COUNTRIES CHARGE ADDITIONAL CUSTOMS FEES AND INDEPENDENT CARRIER CHARGES. TORRID CAN'T ANTICIPATE THESE COSTS AND WILL NOT BE ABLE TO REIMBURSE YOU FOR ANY ADDITIONAL FEES INCURRED. BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER, PLEASE CONTACT YOUR LOCAL CUSTOMS OFFICE TO FIND OUT WHAT KINDS OF FEES YOU CAN EXPECT.
I am currently stationed overseas on a U.S. military base. Can I still order from Torrid.com?
Yes, you can. All orders being delivered to a U.S. military address overseas will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail. Please select AA or AE from the state drop-down menu as it corresponds to your U.S. military ZIP code. You may also receive a 10% military discount by phoning us. Internationally, please phone us at +1-626-603-3190, to place your order with a Torrid Personal Shopper.
How long will it take my International package to arrive?
International orders typically take 10-14 business days to arrive. However, customs inspections may cause unforeseeable delays, both when leaving the United States and entering another country.
Are there any other charges, taxes or duties?
CANADA: Your shipping rates are inclusive of all duties and fees. By ordering goods from Torrid, I hereby authorize Livingston International, a Canadian customs broker chosen by Torrid to act as my agent, to: (i) transact business with Canada Border Services Agency (CBSA), (ii) clear my merchandise, and (iii) account for applicable duties and taxes.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL DESTINATIONS: You may be subject to import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country. Neither the U.S. Postal Service nor Torrid can be held liable for any additional charges you may incur. Additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you. Torrid has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Each country has its own customs regulations that may or may not apply to merchandise or material included in your order. When ordering from Torrid, you are considered the Importer of Record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Each order will be accompanied by a customs form that will document what is in the package and its dollar value. If anything is damaged, customs officials will need to know the value of the item(s). Contact your local customs office for further information.
Why didn't my order ship via FedEx International Priority?
Countries and territories not serviced by FedEx are shipped via either Purolator or DHL. All orders being delivered to a U.S. military address overseas will be shipped via U.S. Priority Mail.
