BULK PURCHASER POLICY

Torrid reserves the right to restrict, limit, cancel or alter orders and the terms of purchase and returns applicable to Bulk Purchases. Bulk Purchases mean and include purchases for resale of greater than five (5) items of the same style of merchandise.

Customers of Torrid merchandise may not use any trademark, copyright or copyrighted materials, images, models or other intellectual property of Torrid without first obtaining Torrid's written permission to do so. Further, customers may not use Torrid's company name, trademarks or copyrights in a manner that implies a sponsorship or endorsement by Torrid, or hold themselves out as an affiliate of Torrid or any of its brands. This policy applies to agents of Torrid customers as well.

All sales of discounted merchandise to customers who make Bulk Purchases are final. Customers who make Bulk Purchases may not return any merchandise unless such merchandise was defective when sold and was purchased at regular price. Buyers of Bulk Purchases may not return merchandise to Torrid.

Customers who make Bulk Purchases will not be entitled to the benefit of free shipping or discounted shipping options. A shipping surcharge for Bulk Purchases may be applied for at home or in-store delivery

Torrid reserves the right to refuse sales to customers who make Bulk Purchases at any time.
